Towanda Porchfest:  Where Music comes alive!

join us for our second annual porchfest in 2024!

In 2023, Towanda hosted its very first Porchfest, and the response was nothing short of magical. The concept is beautifully simple: bring our community together through local talent and music. But did you know that it all started with a group of passionate community members who share a love for music?

Here’s what happened:

• The Streets Came Alive: Picture this—30 bands and solo artists performing on 17 charming porches scattered throughout Towanda. As the sun set, even after the event was over, the joy of shared music continued.
• A Musical Stroll: Community members, friends, and neighbors strolled from house to house, street to street, soaking in the sounds. It was a delightful blend of discovery, connection, and pure enjoyment.
• Positive Vibes: The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. People loved the intimate performances, the friendly atmosphere, and the sense of togetherness. We knew we had to do it again.
